Do you supply the alcohol?

Due to liquor laws, we are unable to purchase the alcohol for your event; however we are awesome consultants!  We will work closely with you to discuss your bar and once finalized, provide a detailed spreadsheet for you to use when shopping.

Do you only serve alcohol?

Absolutely not!  Are you wanting a hot chocolate bar with all the toppings for a neighborhood gathering?  Thinking of offering coffee and tea to your guests?  Are you hosting a senior graduation or child's birthday party and want to have fun mocktails?  No problem because we do it all!  There are several packages that can be offered as stand-alone or added to your bar package.  If you don't see something and are interested, just ask in the quote submission. 

If it's a liquid made for consumption, we will serve it!

Are you insured?

Yes, we carry both General and Liquor Liability insurance.

What is Geneva's size?

What's great about Geneva's size is that she can fit just about anywhere, including some indoor venues!  She is approximately 9' tall, 8' wide and 15' long.  She will be hitched to a truck, so we will need to make sure there is ample room to maneuver.  Once parked, she'll sit until it's time to pack up and move out.

Geneva requires a flat and level surface for parking and service, as well as clear access for set-up and break down.

What are the electrical requirements for the Geneva?

A 110 volt electrical outlet to plug into within 50 feet is needed.  If your event is located somewhere without electricity, let us know in advance and we can add a generator to your package.

Where are you located and will you travel?

We are located in Cincinnati, OH.  As a mobile bartending company, we have traveled throughout the Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky areas, Dayton, OH area, as well as Lexington and Louisville, KY. Travel within a 25 mile radius is included in our base package pricing, but like her namesake, Geneva loves to travel!! Can we decorate Geneva?

Why of course!  Staging and/or decorating Geneva is not only fun, but adds character and another element of allure to your event.  Think of ways she can bring your vision to life and tie to your theme.  If you need assistance or need help with décor, please see my list of preferred companies in the 'Decorate Geneva' tab.

Inclement Weather

Unfortunately, due to our advanced booking model, we cannot accommodate rain or bad weather dates.  In the event of inclement weather, we are more than happy to work with your tent vendor to find the appropriate size tent for Geneva.  Tent cover (rental) would be the financial responsibility of the client.

What is the payment and refund policy?​

A 30% non-refundable deposit and signed client service agreement are required to reserve your date.  The remaining balance is due 30 calendar days prior to the event. Cancellations within 30 calendar days of the event will not be refunded.  However, reschedules are allowed for no additional fee as long as the date is available.
